Little Timber collects personal information only for reasonable purposes connected to purchases, communications, event administration and safety. Festival check-in information may include parent/guardian contact information, emergency contact information, child first names/ages, participation notes, consent records and optional communication/photo permissions.
How we use information
Information may be used to administer participation, respond to emergencies or incidents, maintain appropriate event records, deliver products or digital content, and send marketing only where separate permission has been provided.
Choices and consent
Optional photo/video permission and marketing consent are separate from festival participation. You may decline those optional uses. Do not provide health-card numbers or information unrelated to safe participation.
Protection and retention
Access to collected information should be limited to authorized personnel and records should be protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Records should be retained only as long as reasonably required for their purpose and applicable legal/insurance needs.
